How to Schedule
Sessions are available by appointment only. To book:
Click any Scheduling link.
Select Mobile Massage or Student Clinic at the bottom of the page.
Choose your session length.
Pick a date and time that works best for you.
Enter your contact information, apply a gift certificate or coupon code (if applicable), and complete a short health intake form. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
Where I Work
Mobile Massage: Available throughout San Clemente and surrounding Orange County. Same-day appointments can be booked with 6 hours’ notice. Please allow a space about 8 ft by 5 ft—most living rooms, bedrooms, or home offices work perfectly for setup.
Clinic Sessions: Prefer a professional clinic setting? Book at the CalCopa Student Clinic in Huntington Beach. Please allow 24 hours’ notice for clinic bookings.

Cancellation Policy
Life happens, and I strive to be flexible. To respect everyone’s time, the following fees apply:
12 hours or less: 50% of the scheduled rate
4 hours or less: 75% of the scheduled rate
1 hour or less: 100% of the scheduled rate
If your vacated spot is filled by another client, no fee will be charged.
These policies reflect the opportunity cost of holding your reserved time, as short-notice changes often prevent rebooking.

Service Area Policy
Coastal Therapeutic Massage offers in-home sessions throughout San Clemente, Dana Point, San Juan Capistrano, and the broader South Orange County region.
A travel fee of $1.50 per mile beyond a 15-mile radius of San Clemente applies to account for additional travel time.

Sessions are available by appointment only. Same-day bookings may be available with at least 6 hours’ notice but are not guaranteed.
Mobile Service Requirements
Clients are responsible for providing a safe, clean, and appropriate space for the session. This includes:
Adequate room for table setup (approx. 5 ft × 7 ft)
A calm, distraction-free environment
Securing pets prior to the session
Safe access to the location and parking
Session Timing & Setup
To ensure a smooth and comfortable experience, I typically arrive a few minutes before your scheduled session to set up and will need a short period after the session to pack up.
Please plan for approximately 15 minutes before and after your session time for setup and breakdown.
Cancellation Policy
Changes or cancellations made:
Within 12 hours → 50% of session rate
Within 4 hours → 75%
Within 1 hour → 100%
If the appointment time is filled, the fee may be waived.
Late Arrival Policy
If you are running late or not ready at the scheduled start time, I will do my best to accommodate the remaining time available. Sessions may be shortened to stay on schedule, and the full session rate will still apply.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted methods include Zelle, Venmo, cash, and card.
Health & Medical Disclosure
Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care. Clients are responsible for disclosing any injuries, medical conditions, medications, or contraindications prior to the session.
Communication & Consent
Clients are encouraged to communicate preferences, pressure, and comfort levels at any time. Sessions can be modified or stopped at the client’s request.
Professional Boundaries & Draping
All sessions follow professional draping standards. Only the area being worked on will be exposed at any time.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Any form of inappropriate or sexual behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and full payment will be charged.
Right to Refuse or End Service
The therapist reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if conditions are unsafe, inappropriate, or outside the scope of practice.
Liability
Massage therapy involves physical touch and may carry inherent risks. By booking a session, clients acknowledge responsibility for communicating any discomfort, injuries, or health concerns.
Privacy
Client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Agreement
By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
